Mustard paste: Take 7 oz of mustard seeds (rai) and wash well. Grind to a paste by adding just enough water to get a paste-like consistency.

  • 11 oz Lobster diced
  • 1 3/4 floz Mustard sarson oil
  • 5 Green chillies slit
  • 2 tbsp Mustard paste
  • 8 floz Water
  • 2 tsp Salt


  • Heat the oil in a pan; saute the lobster for a few seconds and remove.
  • To the same oil, add green chillies, mustard paste, and lobster. Add the water and cook till the gravy thickens. Add salt and serve hot.
