Ingredients
 

  • 1.6 lb haricot beans
  • 3 1/2 oz chopped fennel
  • 2 oz chopped onion
  • 7 oz shredded cabbage
  • 2 oz tomato puree
  • 2 1/2 oz fried lardons of bacon
  • 2 chopped cloves of crushed garlic

Instructions

  • Cook 1.6 lb haricot beans in water with 3 1/2 oz chopped fennel, 2 oz chopped onion, 7 oz shredded cabbage and 2 oz tomato puree.
  • When cooked, finish by adding 2 1/2 oz fried lardons of bacon, 2 chopped cloves of crushed garlic and seasoning.
