  • 1 tbsp Semolina suji
  • 3 1/2 oz Cottage cheese paneer
  • 3 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 floz Artificial sweetener
  • Silver leaves varq, optional


  • Roast the semolina till golden. Grind if finer texture is required.
  • Knead the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, artificial sweetener, and semolina paste together, add a little water if necessary.
  • Spread the mixture on a greased plate.
  • Cut and serve decorated with silver leaves (optional).
