Chocolate Burfee (Indian Chocolate fudge)
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Semolina suji
- 3 1/2 oz Cottage cheese paneer
- 3 tsp Cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 floz Artificial sweetener
- Silver leaves varq, optional
Instructions
- Roast the semolina till golden. Grind if finer texture is required.
- Knead the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, artificial sweetener, and semolina paste together, add a little water if necessary.
- Spread the mixture on a greased plate.
- Cut and serve decorated with silver leaves (optional).
