Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz pack pancetta or prosciutto
- 2 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed
- 3 oz pecans roughly chopped
- 1 oz butter
Instructions
- Grill the pancetta until golden and crisp. Drain on kitchen paper and allow to cool. Meanwhile, cook the sprouts in a large pan of boiling salted water for 7 to 10 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain the sprouts, then return to the pan.Toss well with the pecans, butter and seasoning.Turn into a serving dish. Break up the pancetta and sprinkle over the top.
