Boiled Runner Beans (Haricots d'Espagne l'Anglaise)

- Runner Beans
Instructions
- Top and tail and cut away the hard outer edges of the beans.
- Lay on a cutting board and shred finely into 8cm lengths.
- Place into boiling salted water, cover with a lid, return to the boil, skim and cook uncovered quickly for 4 minutes. Drain and serve.
