  • Runner Beans


  • Top and tail and cut away the hard outer edges of the beans.
  • Lay on a cutting board and shred finely into 8cm lengths.
  • Place into boiling salted water, cover with a lid, return to the boil, skim and cook uncovered quickly for 4 minutes. Drain and serve.
