Bhuraani Raita (Spiced yoghurt)
Ingredients
- 1.1 lb Yoghurt dahi, whisked
- 2 tsp Garlic lasan, crushed
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Yellow chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin jeera powder
Instructions
- Mix the garlic with salt. Add to the whisked yoghurt.
- Reserve a bit of the yellow chilli powder and cumin powder and mix the rest in the yoghurt.
- Pour into a serving bowl. Sprinkle the reserved powders in a decorative design on the yoghurt.
- Serve chilled accompanied with biryani.
