
Tea Cream
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp green tea leaves
- 1 1/2 floz dry vermouth
- 1 floz vodka
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 3 1/2 floz single cream
- lemon balm for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare the tea with 7 fl oz of boiling water. After approximately 5 minutes strain through a sieve and leave to cool.
- Mix with the dry vermouth, vodka, orange juice and lemon juice.
- Stir in the mascarpone and single cream. Transfer into small dishes and leave to cool. Prior to serving decorate with the lemon balm.
