Sambal #2
Ingredients
- 2 Medium tomatoes blanched, peeled and chopped
- 1 Medium onion finely chopped
- 1 Green chilli finely chopped
- Lime or lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs Grated fresh coconut or desiccated shredded coconut
Instructions
- Combine the tomatoes, onion and chilli in a small bowl. Pour over the lime or lemon juice and season to taste.
- Spoon into a shallow serving dish and scatter over the coconut.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
