Ingredients
 

  • 1.1 lb Colocasia arvf, boiled, cubed
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 1/2 oz Tomatoes chopped
  • 3 tbsp Lemon nimbu juice
  • 4 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 cup Green coriander hara dhaniya, chopped
  • a few Mint pudina leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp Mango powder amchur

Instructions

  • Combine the salt, tomatoes, lemon juice, green chillies, green coriander, and mint leaves in a bowl. Add the colocasia and mix well.
  • Sprinkle mango powder over the colocasia mixture and serve.
