Tangy Colocasia
Ingredients
- 1.1 lb Colocasia arvf, boiled, cubed
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3 1/2 oz Tomatoes chopped
- 3 tbsp Lemon nimbu juice
- 4 Green chillies chopped
- 1/4 cup Green coriander hara dhaniya, chopped
- a few Mint pudina leaves, chopped
- 2 tsp Mango powder amchur
Instructions
- Combine the salt, tomatoes, lemon juice, green chillies, green coriander, and mint leaves in a bowl. Add the colocasia and mix well.
- Sprinkle mango powder over the colocasia mixture and serve.
