
Asparagus Milanese
This easy and delicious recipe will make you fall in love with asparagus.
Instructions
- Cook asparagus in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes till tender. Drain carefully on a tea-towel or kitchen paper, then place on a warmed serving dish and cool slightly. Sprinkle Parmesan over the asparagus tips.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a low heat. When golden brown, pour over the Parmesan. Serve immediately.
