Poached Cuttlefish (Chocos com Tinta)
A simple yet delicious recipe for cuttlefish with garlic, paprika, and breadcrumbs. This dish is also known as "Chocos com Tinta".
- chopped garlic
- olive oil
- Golden fry chopped garlic in olive oil, then add breadcrumbs and colour slightly.
- Add pieces of cuttlefish, moisten with a little water and the ink from the cuttlefish, sprinkle with paprika, then poach.
- Serve accompanied by boiled potatoes.
