Ingredients
 

  • 2.2 lb Venison cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 14 floz Vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Turmeric haldi powder
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 5 tsp Aniseed saunf
  • 5 tsp Cumin jeera seeds
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds methi dana
  • 10 tsp Mustard seeds raj
  • 8 floz White vinegar safed sirka

Instructions

  • Heat the oil; add all the dry spices and the venison
  • pieces.
  • Cook on low heat till the venison becomes tender.
  • Remove from heat. When it cools, add vinegar and store
  • in an airtight container.
