75 g lardons of bacon
75 g sliced chorizo sausage
100 g chopped onion
10 g coriander leaves
1.5kg broad beans
1. Sauté 75 g lardons of bacon and 75 g sliced chorizo sausage in lard with 100 g chopped onion and 10 g coriander leaves.
2. Add 1.5kg broad beans, moisten with stock, season with salt and simmer until cooked.
