method
1. Sweat 100 g chopped onion in 50 ml oil and combine with 1 kg minced beef, 450 g minced pork or veal, 75 g breadcrumbs, 10 g chopped parsley, 3 beaten eggs, 2 tsp Worcester sauce and seasoning.
2. Mould in a loaf tin, cover with 275 g rashers of bacon and cook in the oven at 200°C for 1 hour.
3. Serve cut into 0.5 cm slices accompanied by jus lie.
