Stir-Fried Beef in Green Curry (Khiaw Waan Nuea) recipe

ingredients
25 ml groundnut oil
100 g green curry paste
1.5 kg thin slices of beef
100 ml thick coconut milk
sugar
25 g nam pla
25 ml soy sauce
chopped basil, coriander and fresh green chillies to garnish
method
1. Heat 25 ml groundnut oil in a wok, add 100 g green curry paste, cook for a few moments then add 1.5 kg thin slices of beef and stir-fry.
2. Moisten with 100 ml thick coconut milk, a little sugar, 25 g nam pla and 25 ml soy sauce.
3. Finish with chopped basil, coriander and fresh green chillies.
