method
1. Finely crush the jumper berries, in a mortar with a pestle.
2. Finely shred the cabbage.
3. Heat a wok, then add the oil. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the garlic for 1 minute.
4. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for 3 - 4 minutes until crispy. Remove from the wok and pat dry with kitchen paper.
5. Reheat the wok and return the cabbage to it.
6. Add the sugar, salt and crushed juniper berries and toss the cabbage so that it is well coated and thoroughly mixed with the flavourings.
7. Serve either hot or cold.
