1. Wash and dry fish thoroughly.
2. Combine flour, salt and pepper, roll fish in seasoned flour.
3. Heat half of the butter in a frying pan, add fish and fry 15 to 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
4. Turn once during cooking.
5. Heat remaining butter in a small saucepan, add almonds, stir occasionally until almonds are golden brown.
6. Add lemon juice and stir well.
7. Place fried fish on a warm serving plate and pour sauce over.
