method
1. Cut the square cake in half across the diagonal. Cut one half in half again to form two smaller triangles.
2. Put the larger piece of cake on it's cut side to form a peak, and place the two smaller pieces in front.
3. Brush the whole cake with the apricot glaze.
4. Roll out the marzipan and drape over the cake. Gently fold into all the corners and trim the base.
5. Brush another layer of apricot glaze over the marzipan. Roll out the Easy Ice and cover the marzipan, trimming the base as necessary.
6. Place the penguins all over the cake with the snowmen and Father Christmas' around the bottom.
7. Dust liberally with icing sugar.
