2. Put the apples and water in a saucepan and cook to a thick puree. Add the honey and 25 g of the butter and stir until smooth.
3. Butter a flan dish and arrange the biscuits around the bottom and side, cutting to fit if necessary. Fill with the apple mixture and cover with the cereal. Sprinkle with the ground ginger and dot with the remaining butter. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
