method
1. Using a small ice-cream scoop or a teaspoon scoop out balls of ice-cream from the tub about the size of a walnut.
2. Place immediately onto a baking tray and re-freeze until solid.
3. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate into seperate bowls over a saucepan of hot water.
4. Using a fork dip the ice cream balls quickly into the melted chocolate and put immediately back into the freezer.
5. Serve with strawberries, cherries, blueberries etc.
