method
1. Place the pork in a bowl. Mix together the spices, salt and soy sauce, then mix into the pork, using your hands to knead the spices into the meat.
2. Cover and leave in a cool place to marinate for at least 6 hours.
3. Thread the pork cubes onto bamboo or wooden skewers, brush with the oil and place on a microwave roasting rack or large microwave dish, over a bowl. Cover with greaseproof paper and microwave on MEDIUM for 10 minutes, rearranging and turning the kebabs after 5 minutes.
4. Wrap in foil and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
5. To make the sauce, mix the together in a bowl and cook on HIGH for 1 minute.
6. Serve hot with the pork. Garnish the dish with the spring onion tassels.
