This light, fluffy pink whip should be served as soon as it is made.
1. Rub the strawberries through a strainer.
2. Stiffly whip the egg whites.
3. Fold first the yogurt and then the egg whites into the strawberries.
4. Pile the whip into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
5. Preparation time : 20 minutes
The whip is excellent spooned over chopped peaches and apricots.
