Beef Rissoles Florentine Style (Polpette alla Florentina) recipe
ingredients
450 g cooked minced beef
450 g dry mashed potatoes
2 chopped cloves garlic
20 g chopped parsley
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
150 g bread soaked in milk and squeezed dry
3 beaten eggs
method
1. Combine 450 g cooked minced beef, 450 g dry mashed potatoes, 2 chopped cloves garlic, 20 g chopped parsley, 100 g grated Parmesan cheese, 150 g bread soaked in milk and squeezed dry, 3 beaten eggs to bind, and seasoning.
2. Shape into cutlet shapes and shallow fry in olive oil, drain and serve.
