method
1. Boil 1.5 kg diced beef, pork and chicken in water in that order, with 125 g each of turned carrots, turnips and potatoes and quarters of cabbage, also in that order.
2. Serve the meats with the vegetables in an earthenware mar-mite moistened with the cooking liquor and garnished with sliced chorizo sausage, accompanied by boiled rice.
The chorizo sausages & Blood sausages should also be boiled together with the meats.
Only after all meats have been cooked ( dont forget chicken cooks faster ) then to the same cooking water you add the vegetables. Also take a part of the cooking water and boil white rice to accompany. ( dont forget to season water with salt and a little olive oil before you start cooking ). Then the real taste comes out
