60 ml (2 oz) vodka
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp water
juice of 1/2 lemons

method
Dissolve powdered sugar in water and lemon juice. Add vodka, pour into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and stir. Garnish with a twist of orange peel and serve.
