38 ml (1 1/4 oz) white rum
30 ml (1 oz) strawberry liqueur
30 ml (1 oz) strawberry puree
38 ml (1 1/3 oz) coconut cream
90 ml (3 oz) pineapple juice
1 tsp whipping cream
method
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a pina colada glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry, add straws, and serve.
