Brussels Sprouts And Almonds

ingredients

1 oz (28 g) flaked, blanched almonds
3/4 lb (340 g) Brussels sprouts

method

1. Saute the blanched almonds in a little sunflower oil, or simply dry toast.

2. Lightly boil the Brussels sprouts and serve mixed with the almonds.
Note: Alternatively, walnuts may be used instead of almonds.
