450 ml (16 fl oz) chocolate, rum or ginger ice cream, or lemon sorbet
15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
50 ml (2 fl oz) dark rum
225 ml (8 fl oz) milk
1. Combine all ingredients in a liquidizer, blender or food processor and mix until thick and smooth
serve with either grated chocolate or a sprinkling of cinnamon or ground ginger on top
