Smoked Mackerel Pâté #2

ingredients

serves 3 - 4
approx. 225 g (8 oz) smoked mackerel fillets
125 ml (1/4 pt) yoghurt
10 g (2 tsp) grated horseradish
15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
salt and pepper

method

1. Skin the fish and remove any bones.

2. Liquidize all the ingredients together.

3. Spoon into individual dishes or one serving dish.

4. Refrigerate until required.

5. Serve with toast and lemon wedges.

Never made it before but really enjoyed it. although next time I would put in some chopped onion too and maybe a little english mustard to give it more kick..
