1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2. Sieve the flour, baking powder and seasoning into a large bowl.
3. Stir in the fresh mint and crumble in the feta cheese.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, olive oil and yoghurt together.
5. Gradually add this mixture to the flour, stirring until the mixture binds together.
6. Using your hands, bring the mixture together and shape into a circle.
7. Place the circle onto a flat surface and cut three ways to make 6 pieces.
8. Place the dough pieces onto a greased non-stick baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until well-risen and golden brown.
9. Transfer to a cooling rack to cook slightly and then serve hot.
