method
1. Grill the sausages under a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning frequently until they are evenly browned.
2. Meanwhile, place the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, stock and Worcestershire sauce in a flameproof casserole dish and bring to the boil.
3. Stir in the mushrooms, onions, pepper and chilli sauce, and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add the grilled sausages and butter beans to the sauce, and season to taste.
5. Simmer for a further 20 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
