Sunflower Seeds Roasted with Tamari (Shoyu) sauce recipe

Nuts or seeds combined with another protein food make an excellent substitute for meat or dairy products. This is one of the simplest combinations and also a very delicious one. These sunflower seeds with a dark coating of tamari (Shoyu) sauce are excellent in salads and mixed into bread and scone (biscuit) dough. They are also good as a before-dinner snack.
