method
1. Place the vinegar, sugar, chilli and pineapple into a pan over a moderate heat and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Place the pork steaks into a bowl and pour over the marinade. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
3. Mix the cornflour with the water, pour into the pineapple sauce and stir until the sauce thickens.
4. Remove from the heat, pour into a food processor and blend for 1 minute. Allow to cool.
5. Season the steaks and cook on the barbecue for 8 minutes each side or in a preheated oven 200°C, 400 °F or Gas Mark 6 for 15- 20 minutes and serve with the pineapple salsa.
