method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) Gas Mark 4..
2. Place the sausages and the oil in a small casserole dish, and cook for 35 minutes.
3. Turn the oven up to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Add the beans and tomatoes to the dish and top with the mashed potato.
4. Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
