Canadian Crispies recipe

ingredients

100 g plain block chocolate
2 oz (50 g) crisp rice cereal
3 tbsp seedless raisins or sultanas (golden raisins)

method

1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a basin over hot (not boiling) water until it melts and is liquid.

2. Stir in the cereal and the dried fruit.

3. Place in rough heaps in paper cases and leave to cool and set.
