1. Cut the pears in half, remove the core and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl, adding Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
2. Pile the mixture into the pear halves, place each one on a lettuce leaf and garnish with lettuce and tomato.
CQOK'S TIP
If you do not like the taste of their skin, eat these pears with a teaspoon, like a halved avocado. The filling is a delicious contrast with the fruit.
