1. Preheat the grill. In a large bowl, mix all the burger ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
2. Using your hands, shape the mixture into a large burger.
3. Place the burger on the grill rack and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until well browned.
4. To serve, place the burger in the bun and top with plenty of shredded lettuce, the tomato slice and the
dill pickle.
Variations You could make this burger with lean lamb or turkey mince.
