1. Begin to make the sauce. Place a large, non-stick frying pan on a medium heat and lightly spray with Fry Light. Add the onion and garlic, and stir-fry for 3 - 4 minutes or until soft. Add the red peppers to the pan with the herbs, paprika, tomatoes, sweetener and seasoning. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 - 6 minutes.
2. In the meantime, cook the steaks. Preheat the grill to high. Lightly spray the steaks with Fry Light and place on the grill rack. Cook under the hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove and keep warm.
3. Transfer the cooked sauce to a food processor and blend for 1 - 2 minutes until fairly smooth.
4. To serve, place the steaks on warmed plates and pour the spicy sauce over them. Serve immediately, with steamed green beans.
