Italian Spaghetti Bolognaise

ingredients

serves 10
600 g spaghetti
10 g salt
50 g butter
500 ml Bolognaise Sauce
75 g grated Parmesan cheese
salt and milled pepper

method

1. Place the spaghetti into plenty of simmering salted water and move it around gently to prevent it sticking; cook for 8-10 minutes, then drain in a colander.

2. Melt the butter in a shallow pan, add the hot spaghetti and stir with a fork. Season with salt and black pepper.

3. Place in a serving dish accompanied by a sauceboat of the sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.

This is not cooking! but boiling pasta

So, recipe, boil water, boil the pasta, strain it! and ad a jar of bolognaise sauce?

recipe are the instructions to follow if you want to COOK, not to buy a jar of sauce and pour it into something. Very very dissapointing.
