1/2 cup (60 g) 2 oz Walnuts (akhrot), without shell
1/2 cup (60 g) 2 oz Onions, chopped
2 Green chillies, chopped
1/2 cup (100 g) 3 1/4 oz Yoghurt (dahi)
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
method
1. Grind together the onions and green chillies to a smooth paste. Add walnuts and grind further for 30-40 seconds.
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Mix in yoghurt, red chilli powder, and salt. Serve.
