Khira Dilwala Raita (Cucumber and dill in yoghurt) recipe
ingredients
2 1/2 cups (500 g) 1.1 lb Yoghurt (dahi)
1/2 cup Cucumber (khira), peeled, grated
1/2 tsp Black peppercorns (sabut kali mirch), ground
1/2 tbsp Dried dill flakes
1 tsp (3 g) Sugar
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Cumin (jeera) powder

method
1. Beat yoghurt till smooth.
2. Add all the ingredients to the yoghurt except cumin powder. Mix well.
3. Serve chilled garnished with cumin powder.
