method
1. Mix the cornflour and water to make a smooth paste and add the yoghurt, tahini, garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Put the chicken pieces in a shallow ovenproof dish; prick the skin with a fork.
3. Spread the yoghurt mixture over the chicken.
4. Bake, uncovered at 180°C (350°F) Gas 4 for 50 minutes, basting from time to time.
5. Scatter the sesame seeds over the chicken and put under the grill for 5 minutes to brown.
