410 g can of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
150 g (5 1/2 oz) low fat soft cheese
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
salt and freshly ground black pepper
method
1. Place the cannellini beans in a food processor with the low fat soft cheese, garlic, mayonnaise and seasoning.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer the pate to a bowl, cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
