1 bottle Riesling
1 bottle Beaujolais
750 g ml (25 fl oz) fizzy lemonade
50 g ml (2 fl oz) Cointreau
1 dessert apple, cored and sliced
pieces of melon
slices of orange, quartered
a few strawberries
crushed ice
sugar syrup to taste
method
1. Pour the wines, lemonade and Cointreau over the fruit and ice in a bowl.
