Smoked Herrings with Lemon Dill Butter recipe
ingredients
20 g fresh dill, removed from the stems and roughly chopped
zest of 1 lemon
1 cup (250 g) unsalted butter

Bread for toast

method
1. In a bowl combine all the butter ingredients. Then place on a piece of clingfilm and roll up to form a cylinder. Chill until required.
2. Cook the Smoked Herrings as per pack instructions, prepare the toast and butter.
Serve immediately.
