method
1. Put the honey, grapefruit rind and juice into a bowl.
2. Cook, uncovered, 100% (High) 2 minutes until warm.
3. Stir in the rum and keep warm.
4. Whip the cream until thick, then whisk in the yogurt and the honey and grapefruit mixture.
5. Put a grapefruit segment into the bottom of each glass and top with the warm posset.
6. Decorate with the remaining grapefruit segments.
