1 3/4 cup (350 g) caster sugar (superfine granulated)
1 cup (8 fl oz.) cold water
4 cups (32 fl oz) 900 ml orange juice, chilled
1 cup (8 fl oz.) lemon juice
1 cup (8 fl oz.) grapefruit juice
4 cups (32 fl oz) 900 ml soda water, chilled

method
1. Mix together the sugar and water in a saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Mix together all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add the melted sugar.
