Grilled Breast of Lamb recipe

ingredients

a breast of lamb or mutton
salt and pepper
oil for grilling
250 ml Fresh Tomato or Piquant sauce

method

1. Wipe the meat and divide the breast into portions convenient for serving.

2. Trim off the excess fat and skin.

3. Season the meat well.

4. Brush the grill rack and the meat with oil.

5. Sear the meat quickly under a hot grill to seal the surfaces.

6. Then reduce the heat, turn the meat frequently and grill for 15-20 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

7. Serve with Fresh Tomato Sauce or Piquant Sauce.
