Chicken Herb Stuffing recipe

ingredients

1 chicken liver
3 tbsp soft white breadcrumbs
1 tsp chopped shallot
1 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped fresh chervil
salt and pepper
2 tbsp (1 oz) 25 g butter

method

1. Remove the skin and tubes, and chop the liver finely.

2. Mix it with the breadcrumbs, shallot, herbs, and seasoning.

3. Melt the butter and stir in enough to moisten the stuffing.

4. Use for roast chicken.

serving amount

enough for a 1.5kg chicken
