method
1. Put the water, milk, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom seeds into a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 1 minute.
2. Add the tea bags or tea leaves. Remove the pan from the heat and cover. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
3. Stir well and add sugar to taste.
4. Strain into cups through a muslin-lined sieve and serve hot, or strain into a jug and refrigerate until cold. Serve in tall glasses.
